Dance Spirit Dance Studio in Cheyenne offers the finest Ballroom, Country Western, Latin and Swing instruction in southeastern Wyoming.

At Dance Spirit we are proud of creating an affirming, friendly and fun atmosphere coupled with an easy and enjoyable learning experience for students of all ages.

Ballroom, Country Western, Latin and Swing lessons are the focus of the studio!  Developing strong classical technique in all dance styles is based on a mixture of American Smooth, International Standard and Latin techniques.

Our Country Western classes are based on a blend of both social and competitive level fundamentals that are fun and easy for everyone.

Our Swing programs are diversified and include dance theory in: West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Jitter Bug, Lindy, Pony Swing, Jive and Modern Theatrical Swing.

Latin Classes offered include Rumba, Mambo, Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Paso Doble and Tango - providing students with great exercise, stylish patterns and the dance theory appropriate for dancing at any social event or as a basis for competitive dancing.

Specialty Classes in Night Club Two Step, Hustle, Modern Dance and Adult Ballet are available upon request.

The Studio Schedule and Calendar now include all group classes, workshops and events planned through September 2010.  Take a look and see all the exciting classes we will be offering, including many International and American style dances.

Join us for our monthly dance practice night on September 25th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm
